Researchers analyzed the diet patterns of 10,062 breast cancer patients and found that a high-fat diet may increase the risk for estrogen receptor- and progesterone receptor-positive breast cancers (the most common subtypes of breast cancer).

So, think twice before you supersize your fast food meals. Although we believe that it's challenging to totally eradicate them in your diet, try reducing your burger-and-fries fix into a once-a-week basis to save your life--and your breasts!
