When you're in the food business, food is on your mind (and palate!) all the time. Heed these useful bits of advice from some of the who's who in the local culinary scene on how to cook smarter, eat better, and stay fit while you're at it.
1. MAKE VEGGIE SANDWICH FILLINGS.

4. GET CALCIUM FROM A VARIETY OF FOODS.

5. CALL IN A SUBSTITUTE.
