This recipe only needs three ingredients, and it's low in carbs and high in fiber and protein. Also, it tastes sweet even though the recipe doesn't call for sugar! Read on to learn how it is done.

Banana Pancakes
(Makes six medium pancakes)

1
3 bananas, sliced
1 Healthy You Organic Brown Egg
2 tablespoons of non-fat milk

Procedure:
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blitz until it becomes a thick batter. Heat a nonstick pan in low-heat, drop 1/4 cup of the batter in it, and wait until bubbles have formed on the surface of the pancake before flipping it over. Serve with peanut butter or eat it on its own.
