There’s no doubt Kim Karadashian has mastered the art of the selfie–she knows how to work her angles and always seems to find the perfect lighting for double-tap worthy photos on Instagram. But in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Mrs. West reveals that she works hard for that body, too.

"My workouts are usually about an hour, maybe an hour and 15 minutes total, but I like to mix them up," says the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star. "Running takes me about 35 minutes on the trails, and then I'll come back and work my abs or legs. I like to listen to music while I work out, but I don't need it to pump me up or get energized," she added. According to the article, Kim K prefers to have a chef cook her meals because it's healthier, "Lately it's been fish and vegetables, or chicken and vegetables, something like that."

Another tip: The reality star says she usually only drinks coffee once per month. Yes, you read that right! And thanks to Kanye's influence, she also changes her diet every 10 days.
