While newbie runners are discovering the joys of the sport, you’ve already been there and done that. But now it seems that you’ve hit a wall, and it doesn’t feel as fun as it used to. Maybe you’re recovering from an injury or illness or coming from an extended busy spell. Whatever the circumstances, you’ve made up your mind and decided that it’s time to get back into running.

It’s sometimes unavoidable to take a break from an activity you enjoy. We all know that priorities, responsibilities, and personal obligations can take precedence over personal fulfillment. For whatever the reason and/or length of your hiatus, you can bounce back and train yourself get back into perfect running form! 

You have the advantage of understanding of the basics of running. All the tips on how to get started still apply, but now the trick lies in how to revive that same zeal and discipline by making a fresh start.
