1Kate Upton is the poster child of voluptuous beauties—a far cry from the standard waif and flat-chested models strutting the runways. In an article published on Redbook, she reveals her daily diet and occasional cheat meals to maintain her sexy bod.

Breakfast, 7:00 a.m.: Scrambled eggs (one white, one whole) with spinach and green tea.
Snack, 10:00 a.m.: 10 raw almonds and a green juice.
Lunch: Quinoa with herb-crusted grilled chicken and grilled vegetables.
Snack, 4:00 p.m.: Protein bar.
Dinner, 7:00 p.m.: Sashimi or a kale salad with grilled salmon and cashews.

Her well-disciplined and portion-controlled diet is enough to give her strength to work 10 hours a day, and she also goes on a 48-hour juice cleanse before a shoot. But Upton also knows how to enjoy—she sometimes entitles herself to Tequila Tuesdays or eats fried and salty food.

The most Googled model believes being skinny should not be the ultimate fitness goal. "Every person has insecurities. But this is the body I was given, I appreciate it and I try to take care of it every day as best I can, but I always enjoy my life. So I'm not going to let my insecurities stop me from enjoying life," she explains.
