If you’re not sure where your career is going and you’re half-convinced you’ve made the wrong choice in life, here’s something to cheer you up: There is no wrong path, at least, according to spiritual filmmaker Jonas Elrond. "If everything is in great discord, and it's been doing that for a while, you can think, 'Well, maybe something internally needs to shift so this outside world can catch up with it,'" he says.
Instead of focusing on whether you’ve made the right or wrong decision in staying with your company or choosing to follow your heart, Elrond suggests seeing every step as a journey. Don’t panic. "I don't think there is a wrong path, I think there's inertia and fluidity," he says. "And you want to keep it moving, keep it fluid."
