This house by designer Bing Reyes combines authentic Filipino elements and other Southeast-Asian pieces seamlessly. The previously rundown structure in Dasmariñas, Cavite was renovated to evoke the feel of a bahay sa nayon--a house in the province. This meant using a Filipino theme--not bahay-na-bato style, but a more modern take of a traditional rustic retreat, that showcases provincial living at its best.
