Most homes in an urban environment shut the world out beyond their doors. This home creates an emotional environment with tranquil spaces that serve as a refuge from the daily hustle and bustle of city living without sacrificing security and privacy. Design-wise, this house has won architectural and interior design awards, and it certainly stands out among the other houses in the neighborhood, appearing more modern than most. However, as far as tropical modern design goes, it doesn’t scream for attention with an avant-garde style. The clever design becomes completely apparent as one enters and experiences the space.
