Have you heard of Prancercise? According to its creator, Joanna Rohrback, it's "a springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse’s gait and ideally induced by elation." It looks a bit awkward, and you probably won’t be very keen on doing it in public. But it apparently works for some people, so it might work just as well for you! Check out the video below.
