We all want to eat as healthily as possible, but we have to admit, healthy eating can be such a big chore sometimes. With this in mind, it’s time to skip the juice fasts and the rigid cleansing diets in favor of nutritious meals that don’t scrimp on flavor.

Learn how you can do so at Sugarleaf’s raw food preparation series “Let Food Be Your Medicine,” which will be held every last Saturday of the month at Sugarleaf Makati from 2:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. The workshop will be conducted by raw food chef Aileen de Guzman, who will teach you how you can plan a healthy diet filled with raw delicious meals that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, eliminating the need for supplements.

Interested individuals may attend their workshop scheduled on April 27. Workshop fee is at P2,000 per person, inclusive of all course materials and food.
