If you’re a busy mom, we bet that you get most of your exercise from chasing your kids around the house. Once they grow up, however, you’ll need something else to help you stay in shape. Going to the gym is one option, but you might also want to try exercising on your own. This month, personal trainer Argie Samson of The Peninsula Manila shares a few easy exercises for moms who want to be fit.

Step 1: Stand straight before a sturdy step bench or a step on the stairs.
Step 2: Place one foot on the step bench.
