I'm a working mom who is currently on the 17 day diet.  Na-try ko na siya noon pero di ko na masyado nasunod after 2 weeks dahil nagkaroon kami ng stressful na project sa office and I missed my usual bread and pastries na breakfast.

Now, start ulit ako and hopefully tuloy tuloy na pag lose ko ng weight.  Last time I lost 2 kilos in 2 weeks.  Now I'll try to keep track of everything para maging effective lalo.  Join me: http://workingmomsdiet.blogspot.com/

From 124-114 pounds nagawa ko siya in 4months ata inabot. And im planning magpapayat pa. Kasi yung cheeks ko pasaway hahaah. How i did it. I use fitness pal. As in strict sa pagfollow ng 1200 calories. Tapos sinabayan ko ng zumba exercise everyday.

I am back after so long.  Kung dati hinahayaan ko lang na ok ako to dieting ngayon then next wala na naman, this time, I really need to go on diet.  The last time i went for check up, mataas daw BP ko. :(

will go check out Dukan!

hi mga sis., today is my 4th week of NO RICE diet. Ok naman on the 1st 3 weeks, i lost 5kgs., Pero parang hanggang dun lang.. Wala man lang nakakapansin.

Matagal talaga makita ang result ng NO RICE diet. Nadidisappoint tuloy ako. Ako lang nakakahalata na lumiit tummy ko..

^Sis, ganyan talaga. But the most important thing is that you know it and you appreciate yourself more 'di ba.

I'm the type that easily gains and loses weight. Medium build ako and I like how I look pero I get those "chubby" comments a lot.

Anyway, since alam kong 'di ko kaya to go without rice for a day (mahina self control, hehe), I just go for smaller portions. Half rice twice a day and two tacos in the evening. At least the taco shells madali lang makabili sa supermarket and healthy pa kasi puro veggies. It helped me lose a little weight and namamaintain ko sya.

Pasali din. I need to lose 30 pounds by summer sana. I hope I can do this. I'm regularly exercising na din and  nilimit ko na rice consumption.

Sis Eclair, I love your taco idea. I want to try this kasi I love taco and healthy din since veggies lang ilalagay although I'll add beef pa din. :P

i will pray that boxes of pretty model will not provide any side effects. Please try to lose weight, the healthy way. I know it is harder for you because of PCOS, pero if you the determination, the discipline and the motivation, nothing or no one can stop you.

Pasali. I need to lose 40 lbs. Hindi naman ako nagmamadali.

Corned beef ang ulam namin which is one of my fav ready to eat. And para mapigilan ko sarili ko eat nag open na lang ako ng forum and nagbasa ng threads. May ganito palang thread. Dito ko na lang ibubuhos ang sama ng loob ko for not being able to eat what I want  ;D

I stopped eating rice 2 days ago. Pero I still eat bread. With rice kasi nawawala ako sa sarili.

Sis! Corned beef (lalo na from the can) contains a lot of sodium. It will cause your body to retain water which will make you heavy.

any of you guys using myfitnesspal? i've been using it to count calories and i've lost 10 pounds in 5 wks. sobrang galing kasi it keeps me in check with food choices. everyone i've introduced it to lost weight also - basta honest ka sa food entries.

it taught me to eat value-for-calorie food. dun nalang ako sa nakakabusog. and biggest shock nung nalaman ko na mas maraming calories ang Jollibee spag kesa 2pc burger steak. grabe lang talaga kaya pala hindi pumapayat.

i am.. add me. at the end of the day natatawa talaga ako sa mga entries ko. i just wish nauupdate nila ang database like wala kasing mcdo spaghetti
