Ive been on the duken diet for 5 days now and Im on the cruise phase na.

I lost a total of 3 lbs na.. I was 107 and kahit anong diet ko nun I was stuck at 107
and kanina nagtimbang ako im now 104 lbs...

there are lots of sources for dukan diet online, basta icompute nyo sa website nila yung tamang sched nyo

ako kasi 2 days attack phase 39 cruise phase

ang goal weight ko is 97lbs..

I really cant stick to an all protein diet kasi I have a sweet tooth, pero I limit my sweets to 1 serving a day tapos no rice or other carbs pa din..

Today naman is my first day (Attack phase) ...i used to do South Beach Diet pero hindi umubra sakin... Hope i can stick to this.

Let's share tips, recipes, and ideas on how we can succeed on this Diet.   :)

hindi ko nafofollow exact pero sige idocument ko meals ko dito
i want to be on a diet without depriving myself

for breakfast i had sausage and eggs from mcdonalds di ko naubos.. ganun pala yun parang nawawala yung cravings with this diet..

for lunch grilled blue marlin

snack - milk tea (ack! bad!)

dinner - none

mga sis sana write your daily intake. like what we use to eat on Attack pahse until to the last phase..
nabsa ko possible side effects is constipation daw ito and nakaka bad breath totoo ba??  ::) :o

breakfast - chicken wing mang inasal :P no skin
lunch - nilagang baka, no fat, veggies only and meat
dinner - none

lots of water

when under this diet our body will be undergoing ketosis and one of the effects is bad breath but it's a sign na effective yung diet natin.

"Ketosis is the state that your body enters into when it starts converting stored fat into ketones to use as fuel for your cells. If you eat plenty of carbohydrates, you will never enter into ketosis. Instead, your body will simply use all that glucose as a fuel."


that's why you have to eat 1.5 tbs of oatbran everyday (for constipation), tapos bili ka na lang ng sugar free mints or candies (for bad breath)

my meals yesterday

breakfast: black coffee with equal
                boiled ham
                grilled chicken breast

lunch: baked salmon

snack: Dukan gallette
          (here's the recipe http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1084368)

dinner: beef steak

midnight snack: left over grilled chicken


Lots of water.... plus Fit for Rhythm exercise for 20 mins.


when i weigh this morning it shows that i lost 3 pounds  :o in a day.... could be water weight but we'll see.... ;D

@prettybarbie thanks for the info. i follow your diet... will start my dukan diet tomorrow... pwede ba na white oats ang gamitin ko instead oat bran??.( lol dipa kami nag grocery ng momi ko) bibili din ako ng pancake and chicken breast tutal naman pwede ko un i roast tapos marinade ko sa salt pepper and konting evoo. actually pag nagluluto ako ng beefe franks nilalaga ko na lang hndi ko pinipirito. tapos nag luluto din ako ng soup.

Mga sis you need to calculate your true weight first...then based don sa result kung gano kayo katagal each phase...eto yung calculator http://www.dukandiet.co.uk/en/350-subscribe.html

in my case, 7 days "attack phase" (pure protein) then 7 months "cruise phase" (protein + veggies)

Yung oat bran na nabili ko is yung Quaker Oat bran.... very strict sila with oat bran, kahit oatmeal hindi pedeng substitute. (dito ko sya nabili sa Hong kong pero for sure meron din jan.... try nyo magpunta sa malalaking supermarket)

fromage frais is a dairy product din, similar to cream cheese and cottage cheese

sis depende naman yung tagal kung gano kalaki yung dapat mong i-lose kung mga 20 pounds lang siguro baka mga 2 months lang ang diet mo....

Parang gusto ko din gawin ito! :) Kaenggayo kayo mga sis. I need to address my eating habits and this is one of my choices, the other one being the raw food diet.

I like this diet kasi kusang nawawala yung cravings mo sa unhealthy food so no pain. OK na din energy levels ko.. :D
