“Today I encountered the 19th girl to add to the list of people Jesse cheated on me with during this last year,” tattoo model Kat Von D wrote of her former fiance in a note entitled “Thank you, Jesse James.” The note was posted on her Facebook page on Monday, November 14.

PEP.ph reports that Kat split with the host of the Discovery Channel’s Monster Garage back in September, shortly after the conclusion of Kat’s reality show, LA Ink; the couple announced their engagement in January of this year.

In her Facebook note, Kat explained that she got together with Jesse despite the warnings of the people around her. “I know I deserve a big fat ‘I told you so,’ from everyone, and wish I didn't have to say, ‘You all were more right than you'll ever know’ but you were,” she wrote. “Not to worry, I've gladly paid the consequences for every mistake I've ever made, but learned so much from each of them.”

She touched on Jesse’s divorce from Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock, which was finalized in June 2010 following a media scandal in which several women came forward, claiming to have had affairs with James during his marriage to Bullock. Among these women was tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, who claimed the TV show host pursued her and misled her into thinking he was separated—Sandra was filming the movie The Blind Side at the time.

“Yes, I am pretty tired of getting mistaken for the girl who everyone believes to have broken up Jesse and Sandra's marriage, just because I have black hair and tattoos like that other gal. That does get a quite annoying at times, and it would be nice to not be associated with her, but that's trivial in the grand scheme of things.”

Kat went on to say that she pities James: “It just made me sad today to imagine him still in that dark place—where seeking validation through the attention of women takes precedence over being a good father, a sincere friend, a better coworker, and a happy individual.”
