Actress, TV host, and fashionista Anne Curtis was recently dubbed "Princess of All Media" by her fans, ABS-CBNNews.com reports. "The title that they gave me, ng mga followers ko, na “Princess of All Media” nakakatuwa, parang ‘aww (My followers gave me the title "Princess of All Media, and it makes me go 'aww'),'" she is quoted as saying. Her fans apparently gave her the title after she decided to become a recording artist on top of her other careers. Anne's debut album, Anne-Bisyosa, is set to be released some time this August. "I’ve been waiting for 14 years for an album, buong career ko. It’s really a dream for me to have an album. Isa siya sa mga nasa bucket list ko. (It's one of the things on my bucket list.) I’m a frustrated singer kasi," she told ABS-CBNNews.com in an interview back in July.
Besides her solo songs, Anne said her album will also include a version of "Total Eclipse of the Heart," which she sang as a duet with Pop Princess Sarah Geronimo.
On August 11, Anne even reTweeted a picture photographer Mark Nicdao posted, in which she could be seen posing with a microphone. "Watch out for the newest singer in town! Soon!" Mark Tweeted, to which Anne answered, "Hmmm, who is this?" Fans speculate that this is a preview of Anne's album cover.
