You’ve probably heard it a million times from many different people, and yet the way you look at yourself and your so-called shortcomings says you haven’t really taken it to heart.

So we’re saying it again. Fall in love with you first. Stop comparing yourself to friends whom you think are thinner, prettier, and smarter than you. Stop looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing only your "giant thighs," your "visceral fats," and whatever else you see as a flaw. Stop settling for what you think you deserve and start going after what you really want.
