Stress and tension aren't limited to the workplace. With all the responsibilities and changes that your teen faces on a daily basis, chances are he may be just as worked up as you are. Teens can be extremely secretive, but if you feel like your child is stressed and unable to cope with it, here are things that you can do to help.
