17-year-old Zach Sobiech was diagnosed with bone cancer when he was 14. He passed away on May 20, but he still managed to live his life fully by channeling his energy into his music. His efforts culminated in the catchy song “Clouds,” which was inspired by his girlfriend, Amy Adamle. Hear them talk about their touching relationship in the video below.
