Due to the extension of the enhanced community quarantine over most of Luzon, Cebu Pacific has announced the cancellation of all domestic and international flights form May 1 to 15, 2020, so if you have a trip on the said dates, you can visit http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight and do any of the following:
1. Rebook your fliight.
You can rebook your flight for free within three months with all fees and fare differences waived.
2. Opt for a full Travel Fund.
You can place the full cost of your ticket into a Travel Fund which is valid for a year. You can use the Travel Fund within one year to "either book a flight up to one year ahead, or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)." If this isn't used within a year, you can apply for a full refund.
3. Get a full refund.
Cebu Pacific will continuously refund flights, however, this may take up to three or four billing cycles due to the huge volume of requests.
If you have trips booked from May 16 to September 30 and you wish to change or cancel, them you can try to:
1. Rebook to any day within one year.
All rebooking fees are waived, but fare difference may apply.
2. Go the Travel Fund route.
You can "decide and book travel within a year, for flights as far as one year ahead."
Note: If you booked through the travel agency, coordinate directly with them.
Cargo flights will continue unimpeded.
