Luxury can be in the form of a sprawling space, a top-notch Italian couch, the smartest and slinkiest entertainment system, or some similar sort. Opening the front door of this family's loft-type condo home reveals their version of luxury: a towering ceiling that is perhaps the best representation of the unit's stature as notches above the ordinary.
While the rest of the units in the building have the same double-height ceiling, the family's own is elegantly dressed up in mocha-colored curtains and is in good company of modern bespoke furniture pieces in neutral hues and great lighting—the lady of the house's favorite feature for it was well thought of. She worked closely with interior designer Mica E. Aquino in transforming the place from a cookie-cutter unit into a home that mirrors the family's style.
Most of the week, the owners stay in their main home in New Manila. However, the family, especially the kids, have been drawn to the condo abode. With a stylish halfway dwelling to come home to, they have another reason to look forward to weekends.
