When the owner acquired the property last March, the 30sqm one-bedroom condo unit was ready for occupancy but glaringly plain. It was a good thing interior designer Michelle Dumlao came to the rescue.

Despite the challenge brought about by having such a small space to work with, creative storage and shelving options keep the home clutter free. And a large mirror helps to give the illusion of a bigger space.
