Dreams have been the subject of much intrigue and superstition since the olden times, and interpreting them has served as both a fun pastime and a serious subject of research throughout the years. Psychologists have looked at dreams as a way of learning about the human psyche, and some studies show bad dreams may even be caused by poor health. MedlinePlus, for example, says that nightmares are mostly caused by anxiety and stress, so the likelihood of you getting a fitful night of rest after a particularly tiring day is not as surprising as you might think. Nevertheless, despite all these developments, dreams are still as mysterious a subject as they were a long time ago. They can be beautiful, puzzling, or scary (or even all of those) at different points in your life. Was there a particular dream you found so strange you haven’t been able to forget it? Perhaps you’ve dreamed of little green aliens landing at your house in a flying saucer, or maybe you suddenly found yourself on the set of Piolo Pascual’s latest movie—as his leading lady! And then of course there are those dreams where you show up at school or at work stark naked! It could be a dream that made you cry or one that made you wake up laughing.
