Admit it: we’ve all done a few unsavory deeds in our lives. Don’t worry, we’re not talking about crime sprees here--just those little bad habits we just can’t seem to let go of. You know they’re bad for you in the long run, and yet, you still continue to do them regularly.

Bad habits don’t necessarily have to be vices. Maybe you always stay up late every night watching your favorite TV shows when you have to be at work by 8 a.m. the following day. It’s definitely bad for your health, and you know nothing good will come out of it, yet you just can’t seem to quit. Maybe it’s your tendency to skip meals, especially when you’re in a hurry. It could be your nail-biting habit, or your tendency to procrastinate. Or it could also possibly be your extravagant spending sprees--your purchases may give you a blissful high, but they’re definitely not good for your wallet!

Whatever your not-so-good habits are, we’re really hoping that you’ll be taking the necessary steps to bust them! Don’t forget, it’s never too late to change for the better!
