Studies also show that laughter, in addition to having stress relieving effects, can help you to feel uplifted or fulfilled, and also lets the body release chemicals that act as natural painkillers.

Although more definitive research on the health benefits of laughter need to be made, it is said that people with a good sense of humor and a positive attitude in life are better off.
