^Nabasa ko nga yan na possible din dahil sa position ng placenta and dahil 1st baby, hindi ko pa talaga alam anong feeling hehe. Pag 2nd++ baby daw, mas aware ka na anong ineexpect mong feeling.

Sobrang chapped din lips ko, as in!

Ako naman kabaliktaran nung isang issue mo hehe pero hindi din kame madalas kase pinagbawalan kame nang ilang weeks, mga 2 weeks ago lang kame nagka-go signal.

Hi! I'm 20 weeks and just had an ultrasound to determine the gender  Hindi ko na mahintay ang CAS so we went straight to ultrasound after a visit to my OB. We learned that we're having a GIRL!  At naka-harap pa ang face niya, so medyo we had a glimpse of her cute face    Pero honestly, we wanted sana and (slightly) expected to have a boy as our eldest, so medyo nabigla din kami when we learned the gender. Pero ang importante healthy si baby. Right now madalas ko na din siya maramdaman and OB suggested to play classical music to stimulate baby's brain. After ultrasound, medyo naging extra cautious na din ako sa pag yuko yuko at sa movements ko. And as for my sleeping position, I make sure I sleep on my left but I ALWAYS wake up on my right or nakatihaya 

Right now, my pre-natal vitamins are, Obimin Plus, Hemarate FA, Calciumade and Fish oil. What's yours mga sis? and what time do you usually take them? My only problem now is acidity maybe due to the vitamins.

Ano na pala iniinom niyo ngayon? Mine are:

- Duphaston (in the morning)
- Endometrin Progesterone suppositories (at night)
- Lactaflow 3x a day (Moringa, is said to provide 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 10times more vitamin A than carrots, 17 times more calcium than milk, 9 times more protein than yogurt, 15 times more potassium than bananas and 25 times more iron than spinach)
- Calcium 2x a day (after lunch & dinner)
- 2 pcs aspirin before bedtime
- 2 pcs folic acid before bedtime
- Cecon 2x a day (after breakfast & dinner)
- Insulin via Flexpen (24 units, 14 before breakfast & 10 before dinner)

Hello! Nag back read ako.. saan nyo balak mag give birth? I am an ofw and request ML ko is mid january, kase not allowed na sa plane more than 35weeks.

I am currently taking Iron and vit c lang then calcium with vit d..

Anterior placenta pero magalaw naman si baby pero at 23weeks wala pa bumubukol sa tyan ko siguro kasi anterior.

^^^ I feel you sis pag 1st baby napansin ko we prefer a boy. Yun din preference ko 😄 I have 4 sisters kasi puro kami babae parang hirap magpalaki ng girl haha.

^^ my only med is Elevit. Once a day.  I been taking it 3 months before I found out Im preggy. Then continuous lang daw until after manganak. Umiinom na lang ako cold full cream milk & almond milk for my calcium. Minsan minimix ko sila masarap kasi.

^ sis sa Pinas ka ba manganganak? Check with your airline first if keri pa up to 35 weeks. 🤗 Sa Sydney naman ako, lucky my visa allows me to give birth here at no cost, kung meron man very minimal lang.

Hi mga mommies! Question lang po, recently kasi lumipat po ako ng OB dahil sa medyo na-off ako sa kanya na may pinagawa syang test sa akin na parang hindi naman sobrang necessary. Then yung nilipatan ko na new OB is magkakilala pala sila. Tinanong kasi ako ng new OB ko bakit daw ako lumipat ayaw ko na daw ba dun sa dati kong OB, i didn?t tell the truth. Possible ba na ichika nya sa kapwa nya doctor na lumipat ako sa kanya. Nagwoworry lang ako kasi nahihiya naman ako kung ganon. Both naman sila ay mabait, kaya lang na-off lang talaga ako dun sa una. I'm planning to give birth in Medical City here in Ortigas, we live 20 minutes away from the hospital kase.

Na-feel ko na si baby more than the kibot kobit hehe parang umaalon pero sa loob? Yung parang feeling sa tyan pag nag ro-roller coaster pero sa may puson hindi sa tyan hehe. Grabe, what a feeling!

First time ko ma-heartburn kagabi huhu. Nagising ako ng madaling araw sobrang hapdi ng sikmura ko heartburn na yun diba? Nag google ako kanina.

^ Mine too, sis. First baby ko and ramdam na ramdam ko na siya ngayon at sa puson area. Most especially pag gutom ako. Parang may isda na gumagalaw hehe. Minsan nga parang may mga vibrating movements siya.

Gaviscon syrup ang nirecommend ni OB for heartburn. Feeling ko dahil sa dami din ng vitamins na iniinom ko sabay sabay before bed. Eversince din na nag two pillows ako sa head ko, so far di pa nauulit. Sabi ng sister ko na nurse sa UK,  sa Philippines sobrang daming pinapainom na supplements/vitamins sa mga pregnant moms. Kaya daw din siguro tumataba ako

Naexperience ko din yan @ 17 wks, para ko mamatay. First time in my life. Aside from indigestion, sumisikip sa chest area parang heart attack and yung feeling may naka bara sa lalamunan. As in nakakaiyak sa sakit. Worried si hubs sabi nya tawag na ba ko ambulansya? In the end bumili na lang sya gamot (after checking google) buti may bukas pang pharmacy dito.

^Nag text ako sa OB ko if ok to take Tums for the heartburn, ok lang naman daw pero since medyo kaya ko pa, ininda ko nalang yung sakit. Nakaka-praning din mag take ng meds kase.

Im here in the clinic for my glucose test (12 hrs fasting). Nakakainip maghintay.. 2.5 hrs

Just had my CAS last Friday, thank you Lord at all normal!

Ina-anxiety ako buong week last week, puro what if pero at the same time dapat magpaka-positive din kase nafi-feel ni baby. Unti unti nako nakahinga habang nag me-measure si Dra. Ang dami kong dasal during the ultrasound, hehe.

Hello, mommies! May recommended ba kayo na brand ng bottle?

May pamangkin ako Avent ang gamit mula 2 months sya bottle feeding na. Yung nipple nya is the usual shape lang. Hindi din sya nag colic dun.

Ako kasi I plan na mag BF talaga as much as I can, back up yung bottle feeding in case konti milk supply or may errand ako kaya di sya makakapag latch sakin. Gusto ko sana yung natural nipple like para hindi confusing kay baby. Ano bang brand yung closest sa natural nipple natin? Baka kasi pag nakapag bottle feeding hindi na mag BF si baby.

Just had CAS few weeks ago and we are having a boy! Grabe din yung kaba ko, ang daming what ifs. Pero super thank you Lord talaga kasi normal si baby. Hd our CAS sa In My Womb BGC. 3k pesos for 2D. 4k yata yung 3D.

Re gamot, im taking 3 everyday. Obimin (multivitamins), Calvin Plus (calcium) and something else na i forgot the brand but it?s for anemia.

Re feeding bottles, bumili ako sa lazada during the 11.11 sale. 3 bottles of Avent around 990 pesos haha. And then when i checked sa mall, naka-sale din pala! Nakakainis hahaha.

Btw, sumasakit din ba yung bandang liver nyo? Madalas na sumakit yung akin. Im on my 25th week. Sabi ni OB it?s the baby growing daw. Im so anxious kasi malapit na due ko (feb 2020) and this is my first time. Ive heard so many horror stories about pregnancy so scared ako sa mga pagdadaanan kong pain and discomfort. 😭

@thatprettygoul hi sis! Madami na po ngayon choices ng breast-like bottles. Try mo po avent natural, comotomo, tommee tippee. Ako po ang binili ko is tommee tippee kasi parang sya yung hndi ganun ka pricey and madami din good reviews. Pinabili ko sa husband ko sa canada dahil doble ang price pg dito mo binili.

^^ May nabasa ko sa magazine, Nuk yung brand na closest sa natural nipple natin but I have not tried it.  Also not sure if available sa Pinas.

Before naexperience ko din yung sumakit liver area but only bec I was lying down on my right side. Kaya ang sabi nila lagi sa left side lang tayo para di maipit ni baby yung liver?
Anyway- issue ko naman lately yung shortness of breath pag nakahiga normal position. Minsan kasi nakaka ngawit din lagi pag left side.

Hello! I use como tomo and we have no issues switching from boobs to bottle and vice versa. 😊
