Hi sizzes, kumusta? Update ko lang thread natin since I just had my check up today.

~Currently: 26w 3d
~Weight: 57.5 kg
(I gained 8 kilos so far).
~Diabetes / GOTT: normal
(Buti naman kasi napapadalas na sweets ko past couple weeks).
~baby heartbeat: 130 bpm. (Boy).

So far, breech si bagets pero maaga pa naman daw at iikot pa (hopefully!)
Pinagrerequire din ako mag whooping cough immunisation at 28 weeks. Kahit wala naman ako ubo. Its safe & effective for both mom and baby daw.

Issue: I had slight vomiting few days ago (kala ko graduate na ko dito hehe), at ayoko pa din lasa ng toothpaste.

Yung avent na steam sterilizer ang gamit ko. Hindi kasi pwede sa UV sterilizer yung silicone bottle. 😊

Kumusta mga mommies? Sino due ng January? I?m 32wks 4days by LMP. Due ko ng Jan 18. 1-2days lang difference nya sa ultrasound age ni baby kaya within that week talaga siguro ko manganak.

Anyway, is it normal ba na at this point maka feel ako ng slight pressure sa vagina? Imagine yung nafi feel pag napoo poo ka, kaso dun sa lady part natin. Napansin ko lang na malakas na talaga sipa ni baby, dahil ba yun dun? Hehe. Galing naman ako kay OB kahapon pero tonight ko lang kasi naramdaman. Thank you.

^ hi siz, try check calma by Medela. It comes free with freestyle double breast pump package. Isa lang yung calma but there are 4 bottles. Pero mukhang ok sya. It looks different from other conventional teats. Iniisip ko tuloy pano switch si baby from calma to avent kasi nakabili na ko avent before I was gifted medela. Bahala na.

Yes nafeel ko din pressure sa upper vagina minsan but only when baby kicks sa part na yun hehe.

I checked Medela, unconventional nga din yung teat nya. Nao overwhelm na din ako sa dami ng bottle brands na mukhang promising. Haha. Di ko na alam pano pipili ng the best. Yung Avent pag mag pure bottle feeding ka na wala naman prob. My niece she used it from 1mo up to 4y/o. Matibay yung bottle itself. They only change the teats pag di na okay yung flow.

That?s good to hear. Akala ko ako lang nakaka feel ng pressure sa vaginal area. Mukha nga na sa sipa lang, kasi this morning my baby is calm wala ako nararamdaman. Usually, she?s active at night kaya ang hirap din matulog.

Hello. Don?t worry. Mga 3/10 lang sa painscale. Tapos mawawala din pag di na malikot si baby. Akala ko lang the other night it is not normal to feel pressure dun. Hehe.

I also bought my baby? clothes from Marks& Spencer online. But not sure if they deliver sa atin sa Pinas. From UK to Australia, 5 business days lang free delivery via DHL express. Nag frenzy sale kasi sila fee weeks ago ang laki ng savings.

Sobrang dami ko nang gusto bilin na baby clothes, hehe, nakakatuwa magbihis ng girl (it's a girl! hehe).

Dami ko din gustong bilin sa Urban Essentials, hindi pako nakaka-visit though, buti nalang may physical store na sila. Iba pa din kase pag nakikita at nahahawakan mo muna yung product before mo bilin.

I agree mas ok makita mo in actual kasi online says 0-3 months pero good for 1 month lang pala kasi mabilis lumaki baby. Or yung 6-9 months, good for the first 3 months lang pala.

Is anyone here on progesterone shots? I?m 26 weeks pregnant, I had bleeding on my 23rd week so my OB prescribed injections of Primolut 500mg every week for 6 weeks. Naka 3 times na ako, a bit scared to take more kasi nabasa ko sa internet na may side effects sya sa baby. Nag stop naman na yung bleeding and I?m on bed rest na. Anyone has an idea about progesterone?

Hi! Share ko expi ko although oral sakin instead na injectable. I took Progesterone (Utrogestan) 200mg tab twice daily mula nung first check up 4th wk until 7th month. May PCOS ako kaya prone to miscarriage, inagap na ni OB. Yung gamot base sa pagkakaintindi ko provides luteal support meaning pinapakapal yung lining sa uterus para sa healthy pregnancy. Continuous ng ganun katagal at bed rest kasi 6th wk nagbleeding pa din ako despite sa gamot, then naulit pa nung 12th wk pero spotting nalang. Totally nawala lang yung subchorionic hemorrhage at uterine contractions ko nung 7th month and that?s when my OB discontinued the med.

Naniniwala naman ako na hindi ibibigay ni OB yung gamot ng hindi talaga kailangan. Mas mataas ang benefit than risk sa situation ko kaya go pa din sa gamot. Syempre dasal pa din palagi at may nakausap naman ako na nagtake ng same med, wala naman naging problem sa baby nya.

I researched about it sa Mims Philippines before, share ko nalang din.

Hi sis nice to know that someone is on almost the same position as mine, and thanks for sharing your story. A little bit relief and of course still took my 4th shot today. Grabe ang sakit ng injection, malapot daw kasi yung gamot.

I have PCOS din and an abnormal shape uterus kaya prone sa miscarriage and preterm birth though I did not bleed on 1st trimester.

2 shots nalang naman so I?ll continue it nalang.

I've been on Duphaston (in the morning) and Progesterone Vaginal suppositories (before bedtime) ever since nalaman namin na I was pregnant. I'm now 25w1d; so almost 7 months na ako nagt-take ng pangpakapit.. Meron akong small contraction na lumabas sa ultrasound pero sabi ni OB kampante siya kase naka-Duphaston ako & progesterone. Hindi naman bawal ang contact, pero bawal mag orgasm (sad, hehe) kase nga may lumalabas na contraction sa ultrasound.

Kami naman strictly bawal kahit contact as per OB. Sinusunod nalang namin kasi nakaka guilty din if maconconfine ako na ang reason ay nagsex kami. Hahaha. At least kasi dati ang reason napagod ako sa work, etc. kaya nagresign ako para wala kami sisihan.
