Haaay.

Sayang kasi i bought the biggest size tapos once ko lang nabawasan. Ang hirap. I would have to ask my ob for vitamins na lang kasi ang prescribed lang sakin is folic acid kasi nga baka lalong matrigger pagsusuka ko pag maraming vitamins. :(

I'd rather drink milk than mag-take ng calcium supplements, ang hirap uminom ng gamot  :(

I already stopped drinking milk. I tried drinking prenagen, anmum milk, anmum choco. Hindi talaga kaya ng tiyan ko. Nasstock lang yung mga gatas. Nasasayang lang. :(

it's not required, same with vitamins. we don't really need it as long as we are eating the right food.

^ agreed, we have to look back to our diet and check whether we are able to get all the nutrients we need in the right amounts and make adjustments where necessary :)

Hi, first.. Depende na lang if you want added DHA, probiotics etc.. Dun sila nagkakaiba. Second, I suggest, take milk either cold, with ice or blended (parang starbucks lang, blended talaga) or parang nakashake. Or pwede ding lukewarm, just not super warm or boiling.. Mamamatay ang mga probiotics.. Plus, cold can supress your vomiting center para mas makatolerate ka ng food (lalo during first trimester to second trimester) and.. Lastly, Continue drinking until breastfeeding time.

HTH. 😅
It is not about reaching the Finish line.

It is about getting on to the Starting line.

Tapos first day sinuka ko lang yung gatas, tapos 2nd day ganun pa din.

Sharing my experience lang :)

Actually hindi required sa mga buntis to drink any kind of milk for pregnant women. Marketing strategy lang ng companies yan to boost their sales according to breastfeeding advocates. Drink your vitamins, mas ok pa. Due to sugar content of the milk, there are chances that the sugar level of our body will spike up, worse, diabetes to develop.

With my first pregnancy religiously nagmmilk ako, okay naman kami ni baby, she was not so big, yung weight gain ko sakto lang, OK ang blood sugar, etc...
With my 2nd naman, hindi ako nakainom all throughout pregnancy kasi sinusuka ko.. And then my front tooth chipped on my 3rd trimester, sabi ni dentist must be because kulang ako sa calcium, dapat daw nagmmilk ako...
