Seriously it's hard to get motivation to exercise. No matter what I do I always end up lazy and tired. No time.

If I see people in their IG so dedicated even if they have work. I don't know why I'm feeling like this. Depress na kaya?

I know what you mean. Last month I kind of slowed down on the running. It affected my mood too and I felt so.. Blah. I tried to run at least twice a week... then I went to two weeks without doing anything "because I'm busy and its raining!", but really I just got lazy.

I think part of it was stress eating and I just felt too heavy and tired to move... So I decided to cut down on food. If I cant help my body workout, then I'm not going to give it a harder time by loading up on unecessary fats and calories.

took so much energy for me to go back to the swing of things and wake up and get dressed to run.

I have 2 alarms that go off early morning.
I put my running clothes near my bed so I see them immediately and wont have a stupid reason like "i cant find my sports bra, oh well, ill just run tomorrow!"
If i feel lazy after the alarm goes off, id tell myself to get up, get a full glass of ice water and finish it. If after then i still dont feel like going out, then im going back to bed. I usually end up working out.
I bought new running shirts.
I changed my route
Downloaded new music
Put my jumprope right by the gate so when I get home after running I just do it. Im tired and sweaty anyway, whats a minute or two of jumping?

Baby steps. You dont have to workout everyday, but when you feel like you can, and you know you have free time to burn, do it. Can't hurt, and youd be thanking yourself you did. :)

Hi sis,
sa start lang yan.  ako nun, konting dahilan lang, skip ko na gym.  pero the workout eventually became a habit and ngayon, hinahanap ko na talaga.  Part na ng "me" time ko ang going to the gym or running

are you going to the gym?  suggest you get a personal trainer to jump start your workout.  that's what I did.  Tapos in my gym, cancellation of PT session must be done at least 24 hrs before your sched, otherwise your session will be forfeited.  ang mahal kaya ng PT, so I will move heaven and earth, to make it to my sess on time.

motivation ko now is my new bf... dati kase tamad na tamad ako to exercise.
I started to not eating too much rice. breakfast lang rice ko like fried rice, lunch and dinner ko is protein.
then I started walking and running. and doing some home exercise na pinapanuod ko sa you tube.
I do squats kahit malaki na butt ko I want to make it more bigger and firm. I do hula hoops and rope.
ayoko ng mga dumbells di ko type magkaron kahit katiting na muscle sa arms ko.

I was a member at a gym. Paid for 2 yrs and only went for 2 months ;D Dati yes, just being a member was enough motivation. Ngayon kasi doble doble na yung katamaran.

But now I exercise nearly everyday. I wake up at 4:30am. Mas ok to exercise sa umaga so you can get it out of the way. Motivation-the desire to date again. :)

So I can justify eating more, haha. ;D

Pero seryoso, I read somewhere that the best motivation to make exercising a habit is the immediate feeling you get after exercise, be it a feeling of accomplishment or relief, etc., and not your long-term goals of losing x lbs or x inches. So, take the time to notice the good feelings you get immediately after exercise and look at them as mini-rewards to keep you coming back.

Of course, I've found that it also helps to find a form of exercise that you really like. Doing something you like is motivation in itself, diba? Personally, alam kong hindi gagana sa akin ang gym (madali akong ma-bore) kaya naghanap talaga ako ng ibang activity.

Sa simula, maganda rin ang may workout buddy. It can be a friend, a relative, or your SO. Dati, yung little bro ko yung workout buddy ko. As a bonus, working out together also improved our relationship. Working out is a commitment (a tough one, at that!), but you don't have to go at it alone.
