Hi,
I am planning to go to gym at least 1 a week. Kaso nahihiya ako pag mag isa lang ako.
This will be my first time to go to a gym.

Any advice?

^Go lang kahit mag-isa. Di rin naman masyado nakakapagkwentuhan if naggygym with friends. Better yet, make friends sa gym! Dati, I always go alone, I still go alone tho, pero I have friends na. So ayun, may kakulitan in between sessions. :D

^ganyan din ako nung una. Super conscious pa ko sa tingin ng ibang tao. Iniisip ko na lang, I'm doing this for myself, not for them. Hanggang ayun, keri na pumunta mag-isa and be friends sa coaches, eventually sa ibang gym-goers din.  ;D
