sis that would depend how much you wanted to have a sexy bod.

From day 1 onwards measure up ka ng mg body mo plus pics then kung may notebook or calendar ka dun mo lahat isulat.

Mag more on veggies ka na lang, then once a day na rice still need some protein kung may physical activities

I balance mo lang talaga para walang after effect later on

Dapat mag-low carb, high protein ka on days you are not exercising.

Then normal intake ng carbs and more protein when you do.

My primary motivation is seeing the people in Physique competitions, kung nakaya nila, kaya ko rin. Dedikasyon lang and discipline.

Here are my motivations:

1. Look for fun and engaging exercise. Youtube has plenty of fun workout videos :)

Nakaka-inis at nakakadepress

3. To feel happier!

4. Portion control. Ayaw ko talaga maggive up ng kahit anong pagkain so I ate less than I used to. Half rice (brown rice na ngayon), one serving lang ng ulam, eat more vegetables that I like to eat, and minsan minsan lang magfastfood.

We all want a healthy and sexy bod. But for me, it's not enough of a reason for me to be stay motivated everyday. What I do is trick myself into giving myself a reward. For example, mahilig talaga akong mag-watch ng Youtube videos. Pinapa-stream ko yung video and sasabihin ko sa sarili ko "You can't watch that until nakapag-exercise ka na". Parang bata, lol, but it works for me. One thing that motivates me also is new gears. Nakaka-inspire at ganado akong mag-workout pag bago yung shoes, etc. But pinaka effective for me yung video streaming thingy. My suggestion: find the one thing that isn't so important but per-occupies you and postpone that until you have exercised.

Last year super sipag ako.

Last year kaya super sipag ko kasi nag aspire ako makapag triathlon this year. Thinking I will be one of them someday. LOL. Pero nung na realize ko na hindi kakayanin both physically and financially, ayun medyo nawala na sipag.

New gears really helps nga.

I'm thinking I wanna be a bad*ass :D Yung nalalampasan mo tumakbo yung mga guys o kaya you can lift weights like guys do. Mga ganun :)

I just really, really, really want to get stronger. I hardly check my weight anymore because my focus is on performance goals. Instead of stressing over how fat I feel I am, I shift my attention to how heavy I can lift or how fast I can run. The appearance will follow.

I am motivated by results. It makes me want to work harder seeing myself do things that I couldn't do some weeks ago.

And last, but certainly an important factor that keeps me going, I am part of a fitness community. I am surrounded by like-minded people who are positive and encouraging. I workout with them and I enjoy their company. Some days, I really don't feel like working out, BUT I still go so I could hang with them. :)

I work out in front of a full length mirror. It really keeps you going when you see the progress

Motivations:
- improve my health = I want to be in good shape kasi iba ang pakiramdam ng katawan mo when you're fit, hindi ka sluggish and mabilis hingalin

- lose weight = mas madali makahanap ng clothes, you don't worry as much that your arms are too big in them or kita yung tummy ko, etc.

- save money = the longer you're in bad shape while you're younger, the more likely na pagbabayaran mo yun as you get older, not just in terms of money for the medical bills, but also sa sakit na rin ng katawan
