sa pag asikaso pa lang sa kanila ubos na oras ko, by the time makauwi na sa bahay pagod na rin ako

I've always been an active person and super dami kong motivation to exercise. First, I  always want to look and feel good. I always jog miles every weekend. Second, we are now trying to conceive kaya we are more conscious now sa diet and workout routine namin.

at least once a week na zumba and yoga ko
masarap palang mag yoga after zumba...

I never really went to gyms or yung talagang daily exercises ganyan..pero mukang kelangan ko na talaga haha..where do you get your motivations guys? effective pa din ba yung mga 15 mins workout at home lang?

^My motivation is I paid of the membership so dapat sulitin...lol! I do about 30 minutes yoga at home if I can't go to the gym. Basta exercise, kahit saan pa yun is better than just sitting while munching a bag of potato chips.

Medyo dyahe rin kasi sa tumitingin sa katawan ko...lol! He's athletic and fit so I gotta keep the fat away. Not that he is saying something. But I like the "pressure"...lol!

motivation ko

-para mag circulate ang blood
-energy
-matanggal ang boredom/feeling sluggish
-healthy
 
sa totoo lang hindi ko masyado iniisip weight. basta sakin para lang matanggal boredom ko at mawala yung pagiging idle

^I agree, yung endorphins no sarap sa pakiramdam after, tapos yung thought na you're doing something good for your body dagdag mo pa parang lalo nakaka-energize. Instant effect eh, nakaka happy, nakaka lakas, nakaka sexy pa haha. And yung physical and psychological ability natin to work out, yung time at yung disclipline dahil hinde lahat meron non, enough to be thankful for and happy about.  :D

To be healthy and fit. Ayoko yung konting lakad, hingal. Yung akyat sa hagdan, hingal at hirap ang mga buto. Saka siguro preparation na din for pregnancy if ever.

I walk a lot because sa layo ng work ko from our house pero bat ganun may cellulites parin ako? :( kelangan ata talaga puspusang workout para matanggal yuon :(

^Cellulites are compounded fats sis, mahirap sya  matanggal not even if you work out regularly.

LOL! This is also my dilemma.

But I'm trying HARD kahit 3x a week lang makapag workout sa bahay. Hip hop abs worked for me, so high school! Sobrang dami kong damit and shoes na hindi na masuot after I gave birth. Ayaw ko naman ipamigay kasi may kamahalan din mga yun kaya dapat maisuot ko sila ulit. Aja! Kaya ko to! ;D

Motivation ko to hike with the kids para mapagod sila at makatulog sa tanghali. Hehee..Nababawasan ang time na nagkukulitan sila at nag-aaway. Kagandahan dito konting lakad lang from the condo ang jump off.. Ang linis pa ng trails at maraming pahingahan at cr. Bilib na ako sa chinese govt. Nagpoprovide talaga sila sa mga tao ng way to enjoy life..

1. I hate the way i look on pictures. Yan ang number 1 motivation ko.
2. I love to dress up, pero hindi maganda fit sa akin ng mga damit na gusto ko.
3. Masikip  na skirts  (uniform) ko.
4. Iniisip ko na lang, ano ba naman yung at least 30 minutes lang na pag eexercise. Mabilis lang yun. Kung nag exercise na sana ako agad agad bago ko pag isipan ng matagal kung mag exercise ba ako o hindi,  edi tapos na sana by the time na matapos ako mag isip 😂

Actually, hindi maganda motivation ko para mag-exercise but here's mine:

1. Magsisi si ex na iniwan niya ako. Haha
2. Mas lalong maging gigil sa inggit and bagong GF ni ex saken.

1. I miss taking pictures of myself. Sayang my travels kasi di ako makapose for pics coz I hated how I look.
