Ako tuloy-tuloy pa din ang exercise, napansin ko na sobrang matakaw ako ngayon. Before kasi, ok na ako with every 3 hours na isang kagat lang with food, or a piece of nougat or anything that I can grab (ang thinking ko kasi kelangan may food ako every 3 hours). Ngayon, sa maghapon, feeling ko nag eexceed ako sa 1500calorie intake (sandwich, milk, yogurt, cereal etc), although hindi naman ako naggegain ng weight kasi siguro bineburn ko sa gym.

Kelangan more calories yung i-burn kesa sa kakainin.

di na maganda [textspeak!] pagpayat ko i look like may sakit... masyado ko na adik sa pag didiet... from 126lbs down to 95lbs.

 I am trying to limit and start with a 1200 calorie meals.Eat more fibers according to many to improve your metabolism in burning calories.

Hi sis, I read your blog.. nice start hehe.. kung ako yun baka nag cake na ako sa goldilocks as my dessert LOL.. :D

Anyway, Im taking of the same type of diet.. healthy naman siya kung tutuusin talaga.. :D I just replace the slim shake with oat bran porridge every morning (not oatmeal, nabasa ko kasi mas healthy pa daw to sa oatmeal.. akalain nyo yun mas healthy pa sa oatmeal!! LOL.. medyo pricey nga lang.)..

I was constipated when I started dieting (No carb).. Mainly because hindi siguro ganun talaga kadami yung fiber na nakukuha ko with my veg intake.. so nagsearch ako ng healthier intake of fiber and I found out about oat bran... I eat about a cup every morning (about 3-4 tbsp oat bran + water + 2-3tbsp skim milk) plus some protein (ham or egg or sausage) plus 1 fruit.. and to my surprise hindi na ako nag ssnack sa morning.. I dont know if its because nag eexpand talaga ang oat bran sa water... (kaya it makes me feel full? not sure..)... Tapos lunch is veggies and meat.. tapos my afternoon snack ako abt 4/5 pm.. (tea or fruit or coffee or tuna or baked beans.. pero not carbs).. tapos for dinner,1 cup fruit flavoured yogurt na lang.. or milk..

^^what food combination can you suggest for meals na 1200cal sis?

Thanks sis,I will post my Second day later.I forgot the plan,I took coffee instead of the shake and 1 banana,but it is okay,my breakfast is just a total of 190 calories instead of 220.( I google the calorie counter for a cup of coffee.).I am having lunch right now without rice. I just had mixed vegetables sauted in worcestershire sauce,sprinkle with water to make the sauce a little stickier than watery.I will post the pics later. :)

^ang galing mo sis! ill include that in my groceries this weekend.. mas maganda talaga may meal plan. im currently 55kgs. let's see how much ill lose in 2 months. hehe

sis kcjane, baka naman drastic ang weight loss mo. dapat kasi healthy way pa rin  ;)

^ wheat bread.. Cereals but avoid those na sugary kinds... ;) i love munching in cereals (w/o milk), hehe instead na chips minsan. :)

My officemate suddenly gave me a 500 ml bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar yesterday.. :D nagulat nga ako eh.. hehe.. kasi bumili siya ng manuka honey tapos pinamimigay daw sa store yung Apple Cider Vinegar dahil mag eexpire na in 3 months.. eh ayaw nya daw yung lasa na yun.. so binigay na nya sakin lam naman nya nagpapapayat ako.. hehe..

So, I drank 2tbsp + 1 Mug of water (hinalo ko).. and wow! its harder than I thought! Grabe talagang pinipinch ko yung ilong ko para di masyado malasahan yung ACV.. so naisip ko baka mas maganda na lang na inumin ko yung 2tbsp raw tapos water para di ganun ka tagal inumin yung ACV..

right now, i havent felt the effects of the acv..pero kung meron man I will update...

 I heard that thing about vinegar,for detox according to some.Right now ,I am trying the natural thing of eating vegetables,just add some portion of chicken and little sauce para di dry.Go ,go tayo.And hoping we can maintain what we wanted to achieve.I might be trying cereals for snack time or oatmeal cookies.

Anyway, I just wanna share something.. since we have a huge thing in common...


I was not a fan of motivational speakers until i stumbled upon  this video...
It inspired me all the way.
I think her name's Shanti, she has a lot to say about losing weight.
Sooooobrang motivational and sooobrang galing nya..You'll not get bored.

Hi! Girls... Pansin ko lang po yung mga diet plans, parang mejo nakakahilo (I mean ang konti) diet kung diet! di ko kaya. ahaha! Just make sure that what you are losing is fat, not muscle.. When you're losing weight it does not always mean that you're losing fat, alam ko most of us knows this na. Kasi most of the dieters lose only water. Tas pag minalas malas pa pati muscle, eh kasi ayaw kumain ng karne, ayun gumagaan nga kaso muscle naman ang nawawala dahil kulang sa amino acid intake, sa muscle kinukuha ng body yung kelangan nyang amino acid... Basta don't drop protein sa diet. Dapat Balanced kahit konti...Ako kasi nun, naglugas hair ko. Naging brittle yung nails ko nakakadepress, ang pangit tignan ng nalulugas na anit...

Make your body a fat burning machine, the more muscle you have (not necessarily a body buiders built) the more fat your body burns....

  Sa case ko sis,rice ang eliminate ko, but I took chicken,mussels,pork ,although in small portions unlike before,as long as I want to eat .So far, di naman ako nahihilo.I feel full also kahit walang rice.And drink water when I feel na gusto ko pa kumain :) But of course,iba iba tayo.Di ko stop kumain ng meat basta in moderation at small portions lang.

I will do my best to lose weight na din. I've gained a lot since I started working na. Naging sedentary na lifestyle ko, tapos ang lakas ko pa kumain. Nakakaasar lang yung parang may magco-comment, uy ang taba mo na or sobrang taba mo na. I really have no idea why people say that. Are they insensitive or insecure about the way they look? Alam nilang yung ganun eh nakakababa ng self-esteem ng kahit sino.

So, ang lakas ko kasi kumain. I rarely eat breakfast, then heavy lunch, heavy merienda, and heavy dinner. Tapos minsan, heavy midnight snack. I don't know how to stop. Ngayon, ang plano ko I'll eat yung saktong amount for lunch, coffee for merienda and midnight snack, then some veggie salad and ulam for dinner. What do you guys think? I badly need help talaga because I don't want to be embarrassed any longer, and I want my old body back.  :(

Edit ko lang sisters..8 glasses of water po :)

Hi sissies, last week ako nag start ng diet ko :)
and na kaya ko naman na panindigan sya lol!

Breakfast:
1 cup of rice with meat (small serving lang  :P)
1 cup of Milk

Snacks
1 med. size apple

Lunch:
Oat meal (yes, mas feel ko ang rice sa morning mas may energy akong mag work)
Green Tea

Snacks
1 medium size banana

Dinner:
Vegie Salad or 1 cup fresh fruits
Hard boiled egg

And have to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day :)

Then 30 mins walk sa park every night.

I'll update you sisters pag may magandang nangyari na :)

^ sis, 8L (eight) ba yung water? tama ba ako ng basa... hmmm.. there's a formula for recommended water intake which is, take your weight in pounds, then divide it by 2, yun yung number of ounces of water na kailangan mo inumin for a day.. for ex. 100 lbs divided by 2 = 50 so 50 oz... which is close to 2 liters of water..

Water is very essential in our diet pero sabi nga nila too much of something is bad... (spice girls? LOL).. coz drinking way too much water can also lead to water intoxification... syempre except of course kung sobra ka magwork out you can drink more...

sis,ako height ko is 5'4. 125lbs,for 1200 meal ang less ko is rice.Or nag google me ng mga food.May mga recipe na tig 200 calories lang.Sinamahan ko ng fruits ang food then without rice.

Pwede ako sa 2000 calories,pero di ko maximize.Minsan ang mga food less than 900 calories lang niluluto ko.Vegetables,meat ay small cuts lang.Sa blog ko if you want to check nandun photos of how small.
