Haist ako rin need ko na mag lose weight.
Wala naman akong naririnig na masakit na salita from hubb kaya lang ang dami ko ng damit na hindi maisuot  :(
haist..disiplina talaga ang kailangan!

Sige sis, let's start NOW na ha..
Dapat lagi tayong inspire kc ang hirap maging mataba, maraming panlalait fr. other people na akala nila ganun 2x lang kadaling magdiet.

Sis, for the sake of our loved ones, healthy body, at shempre to gain self confidence dapat totohanin natin to ha, walang TIME FIRST at dapat lagi mong hawak ang DEAL natin.

Every week update tayo ha, ako malamang sa measurement lang ng waist, arms, etc kc sira ang weighing scale ko. Meron din akong pants na 30 ang size pero 33 ang waist ko so ang goal ko 4 now is magkasya sakin un.

Ako din.. nag gain ako ng weight after i stopped going to the gym. Then wala na ako activities. I started noticing sa mga pictures ko na parang namaga na ang mukha ko. That's when I started to worry and feel depressed because i'm so fugly na. That gave me the motivation to start jogging. So now I started jogging and cutting on carbs and less rice. Nakikita ko naman na ang pagbabago.  ;D
i want a perfect ending.

Haist, nag linis ako ng closet ko last night and 2 years ago ang size ng mga damit ko is XS ngayon M na ang masaklap masikip na rin sya! oh no :o

Kailangan na talagang pumayat!

gumulo nga ng biglang mag merge... hindi pa ulit ako nagtitimbang...tom morning ako mag check, ang observation ko lang, mula ng mag start ako ng 1 tbsp. of honey cider vinegar with 1 glass of water sa morning before breakfast, Hindi na ako masyadong constipated, isa rin kase yun sa benefit ng honey cider vinegar... sana nagtuloy tuloy na ito

i used to be 110 lbs when i was in the states no rice and soda for 2 yrs then when i came back home here im gaining again since i start eating rice na uli hay...and i cant live with out coffee ...i want to be a hotmommy again im turing 38 this month so time to get back to my old shape...

buti buhay na naman tong thread na to.. kainis nagkaroon ako ng project sa probinsiya and nasira diet ko.. i gained 4 kls in 2 months! pano kasi i cant cook and exercise. now im back in manila and trying to get back on my routine. hinay-hinay muna. i agree, kaya naman ng walang rice. hopefully, maumpisahan ko next week ang totally no-rice and sodas.

pa-join ulit mga sis.. Tried joining another diet forum, iba parin pala ang GT.. kamusta? currently doing 30 day shred pero 4x week lang, im on my day 6.. then 3x/week hip hop abs... need to the last 15lbs..

grabe panira yung happy hour ng starbucks, I drank 2 fraps last week although non-fat, no whip.. hehe.. kamusta mga sis?

Hi sis, how do you take ACV, what is your dosage? kasi constipated din ako eh probably because of lack of carbs ng diet ko..

Ano po ba effect ng coffee sa diet?
Lagi kasi akong umiinom pero once a day lang. Kahit decaf ba bawal pa rin?

^haha yesterday 3 pandesal lang kinain ko nung almusal tapos tanghalian baked mac kc sobrang toxic ang enrollment at 4 hours lang tulog ko. Nung gabi bumigay na katawan ko anemic na naman ako :c

kanina, coffee lang ako for breakfast, lunch papak ng tinola at liverspread, walang rice at ngayong gabi nagpapak lang ng soya bean ewan ko pero wala akong gana plus LBM, haay sira ang plan ko. Pano ako mag e exercise kung NO ENERGY?
:X ah basta itutuloy ko ito, i hope maging ok na ako, ayoko rin namang walang food maghapon.
