Long and flowing, short and sleek, and everything in between—all of these were seen in Ferdie Abuel's 20-piece collection for Fashion Watch Quartet Holiday 2011. Floor-grazing gowns and leg-baring shorts were the order of the day, interspersed by asymmetrical cuts that fell in the middle. Why settle for one length when you can have them all?

But don't make the mistake of thinking this collection was anything but cohesive. By limiting his palette to orange, blue, black, and gray hues, Abuel let the pieces' tailoring and silhouettes—a blend of masculine and feminine—take center stage. For instance, structured jackets and sharp blazers spoke to the masculine tendencies, while watercolor prints and lace details kept things feminine. A woman likes to have options, after all.
