Lace, floral appliques, sheer panels, the color red—these were just some of the things that made up Philip Rodriguez's latest line for Fashion Watch Quartet Holiday 2011. The Cebuano designer has been lauded for presenting pieces that transcend time, and this collection boasts classic lines and ever-popular black, white, red, and neutral shades.

Curve-skimming gowns and flouncy cocktail dresses walked the decadent lobby of the Manila Peninsula, instantly evoking feelings of romanticism and opulence. Trousers and blouses also featured, stripped off of any connotations of menswear, thanks to billowing sleeves, lace bodices, and cascading ribbons. Stand-out pieces include a long-sleeved nude and black paneled gown with floral embellishments and a sweeping cap-sleeved dress in red lace.
