We're loving the locally-made handbags Heart Evangelista been recently sporting! In an Instagram post on Sunday, July 26, 2020, Heart expressed her amazement at the skill of Sorsogon's local artisans.
She wrote, "I will never stop being awe-struck whenever I visit local artisans. They make all these beautiful handicrafts like it's simple when really, it's such an intricate process that requires a lot of skill. Will forever appreciate the work that goes into creating these."
In the photo, Heart is seen wearing a heart-shaped wicker bag called the "Pag-ibig Tote." The bag is designed by Zarah Juan, who is also known for tapping weavers and artisans around the country—from Bulacan, to Cavite, and even Zamboanga—to help her bring her creations to life.
