She also clarifies that this method is recommended for special occasions, so you won't need to retouch your pout every now and then.
She starts by using a lip liner to act as a base, and for precise lipstick application, she got a lip brush. Jen then pressed a tissue on her lips and set the lipstick with translucent powder to seal in the color. You may repeat the last step for a longer-wearing pout.
