Carla Abellana became a household name when she starred as the sweet and innocent Rosalinda in the 2009 Mexican soap remake. Since then, this on-screen darling has continued to make waves, alternating between hosting stints and challenging acting roles in various movies and teleseryes.

Despite her busy schedule, Carla still makes it a point to take care of herself. For her, maintaining a simple and fuss-free routine is key.

"Health-wise honestly, I hate going to the gym, but as an actress, I have to be physically fit. So the closest I get to exercising is really through yoga, by taking zumba classes, and by boxing with my boyfriend, Geoff [Eigenmann]. But yoga talaga is really my choice of exercise. Ayoko kase talaga ng nag-ggym eh--I find it boring, so I like yoga (I really don't like going to the gym--I find it boring, so I like yoga)," the actress shares.
