Taking a warm shower can ease muscle tension. There's also a study which discovered that it can lower oxytocin levels, keeping anxiety and stress at bay.

2. Tie your hair into two buns.
Apply hair oil on the ends, and put them up (Princess Leia style) into two loose hair buns. You won't wake up with tikwas hair the next day!

3. Put on a sleeping pack.
If you're always puyat, trade your night moisturizer with a sleeping pack. These Korean-influenced skincare product can revive tired skin, and bring back lost moisture. The result: baby-soft, glowing skin in the morning.

4. Apply lip balm.
Lip balm isn't only for daytime use. Just like your face, lips need moisture, too! There are instances when your kisser will get dry and chapped while you get your ZZZ's. Of course, you may also drink water before bedtime to all-natural hydration.
