Actress Zsa Zsa Padilla addressed her haters on Twitter in a taped interview aired on The Buzz on May 11, PEP.ph reports. "Huwag naman sanang umiral ang inggit o galit o hindi pagkakaintindi," she is quoted as saying. "Kahit papaano, kailangang maintindihan ng tao na may responsibilidad din sila. (I hope they don't let envy or anger or misunderstanding rule them. Somehow, they have to understand that they're responsible for what they're saying too.)"

The issue started on March 5, when Twitter users @krizzylhen15 and @paoskie666 posted hurtful tweets against Zsa Zsa, saying she was no longer needed on Sunday variety show ASAP. The accounts have since been deleted, but PEP.ph reports that one of the users said, "At bakit asa @ASAPOFFICIAL pa si @zsazsapadilla? Kala ko ba nag file na sya ng SSS benefit package?#BOTOXQueen"

Zsa Zsa responded to the tweets on her Twitter account, @zsazsapadilla, saying, "Masaya ba kayong mawalan ako ng job bilang bread winner ng family ko now? Sana magisip naman kayo sa mga tweet ninyo. Nagtratrabaho Lang po. Every week nyo na Lang ako binabastos. (Will you be happy if I lose my job as the bread winner of my family now? I hope you think about your tweets. I'm just doing my job. You lambast me every week.)"

On The Buzz, Zsa Zsa said anonymity isn't an excuse to be spiteful. "Hindi porke't nga anonymous sila, you know, I can be XXX or 123, and keep bashing people. Why so much hatred?"

Artists get hurt too, she added. "Tao lang kami. Nakakaramdam kami ng sakit. (We're people too. We get hurt.) Stop it. Make the world a better place. So, I feel sad actually for these people because they are misguided. I know that these kind of people are the people whose parents have no time for them."

The Divine Diva pointed out that her family is going through something difficult right now, which is why she's particularly sensitive to the issue. "The past three years [have been] very difficult, actually, for me and my family. Para ganunin ka pa," she said. Zsa Zsa had previously cried after talking about the health of her partner, Comedy King Dolphy, in a press conference for Budoy.
