Actor Zanjoe Marudo used to love the idea of working with actress Bea Alonzo, but now that the two of them are in a relationship, he told ABS-CBNNews.com that he's having second thoughts.
"Dati talagang [gusto kong makasama siya] pero ngayon ay naiilang na ako. Parang ayaw ko na; parang natatakot na ako. Parang hindi ko kaya kung makatrabaho ko siya (I used to really want to work with her, but now, I feel uncomfortable about it. I don't think I want to anymore. I'm afraid. I don't think I can work with her)," he is quoted as saying.
"Siyempre kasi alam mo na mayroon na kayong something, hindi ba? (Of course, it's because you know you have something together, right?)" he added. "So nakakailang na umaarte ka sa harapan ng taong close sa iyo. (So it's uncomfortable to act in front of a person who's close to you.)"
Nevertheless, Zanjoe said this didn't mean he was going to turn down an offer to work with her. "Kung bibigyan ng [project], bakit ko naman tatanggihan? (If I'm given a project, why would I refuse it?)"
