Piolo Pascual and Shaina Magdayao may have repeatedly insisted that they are just friends, but their actions seem to suggest otherwise.

PEP.ph reports that the On The Job co-stars were spotted holding hands as they were leaving the Marikina Sports Complex, where the October 6 episode of ASAP 18 was held in celebration of ABS-CBN’s 60th anniversary. Piolo was also seen with his arm around Shaina a few times during the episode.

Piolo and Shaina have been linked to each other for around a year now, but the two have maintained that they are simply good friends. The two of them were also seen leaving this year’s Star Magic Ball, held on September 8, together.

In an earlier interview with PEP.ph, Piolo had also described Shaina as the “ideal girlfriend.”

“Shaina will always have a special place in my heart because she’s a true lady,” Piolo had said. “Shaina as a person is very faithful, loyal at saka mabait na tao (and she’s a kind person), very traditional.”
