Nancy Castiglione, who left the Philippine showbiz industry a few years ago to pursue a singing career as Nancy Jane, spoke up about her alleged involvement in formerly engaged couple Dra. Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho Jr.'s split-up, PEP.ph reports. In an interview via phone patch on StarTalk TX, Nancy said, "Actually, to be honest, I am not really sure what's going on."

The singer said she was busy with her family and a different career path. "I still have friends in the industry, but otherwise, I live a completely different life, so I don't know."

Nancy revealed that she and Hayden were friends, but that was the extent of their relationship. "The truth of the matter is, Hayden and I, we speak over Twitter, so everything that we converse about is over Twitter. So everyone can really see."

She added that she was currently at the supermarket with her husband. "I'm a committed woman. I have a family; buo ang family ko. You know what I mean? I really believe that maybe there's a miscommunication or a misunderstanding."

Nancy's name first got involved in the Vicki Belo-Hayden Kho breakup when Vicki Tweeted on Friday, February 10. In her post, she said, "nancycastilogne you can now openly date @haydenjr. You have my blessings. Hope you'll both be happy."

Hayden explained in a series of Tweets that there was a misunderstanding between him and Vicki and that there was "NO infidelity issue" going on.

However, Vicki confirmed the breakup was real in a statement given to Startalk TX host Butch Francisco over the phone. "It is over! I hope. Yes, we had been fighting. Regarding Nancy, I think it's true. I am letting him go so that they don't have to be hiding."

Vicki added that she blamed no one for the breakup and hoped the media would stop picking on Hayden. "This was bound to happen because he is young. Yes, we were in love, but I am not ilusyunada to think that it will be for life given the age gap."
