Here’s the secret to KC Concepcion’s svelte figure: she really watches what she eats. The cover girl of Women’s Health’s October 2013 issue has been a pesco-vegetarian (that’s a vegetarian who also eats fish and seafood) for the past 13 years and counting. In addition, she’s also a big fan of cleanses and vitamin shakes.
“Sometimes, I go three days without eating a full meal, I just do meal replacement to detox,” she shared.
Still, a girl’s got to indulge sometimes, and though KC sticks to a strict diet, she also admits to turning to a few choice food picks to get her through really rough days. Read on below to discover five of this star’s not-so-guilty food pleasures!
