It was back in March when celebrity couple Gretchen Ho and Robi Domingo confirmed that they have broken up. Before that, rumors about the couple’s split started to spread and the TV host posted a cryptic tweet on her social media account. Although she didn’t not mention Robi at the time, fans believed that it was a way to address the issue.

After the split, Robi admitted that he’s still hurting but also clarified that it was a mutual decision, “Siyempre, with all the things that happened, kailangan ko mag-move forward eh. Kasi there’s no room for… there’s no time to be sad muna. Meaning, I have my fair share of sadness. Honestly, until now, I am hurting, pero kailangan ka mag-focus kasi you got lots on your plate, and ito na yung opportunity. Ang tagal ko nang hinintay itong moment na ito. So right now, with all the things that happened, I can do that because I have to.”
Now, it’s been revealed that the two are not on speaking terms – except when it’s for work, PEP.ph reports. When she was asked whether she was dating already, the 27-year old said it will come eventually. “I think darating naman ‘yon, eh, kung darating na. Si Lord na bahala. I really believe that everything happens for a reason. God allowed this to happen because He has a purpose.”
But, even though they’ve gone their separate ways, they said it was for the best for both of them. “Sa nakikita namin, we chose to separate kasi it’s helping us both grow as people, as persons. Parang tuluy-tuloy din yung opportunities dumadating sa buhay ko in terms of work. Nakita ko na gusto ni Lord mag-focus ako sa mission ko para sa Kanya. Kaya nga, yun, mas aggressive ako this year in accepting projects,” she said.
She also added, “I think, ‘yon yung sinasabi naming dalawa, it’s for our growth. So, I’ve been growing a lot.”
