Gretchen’s longtime friend and go-to designer Inno Sotto says of his number one client, “She’s not a vavavoom, e…but she stands out. She has a built-in star presence.” A testament to the fact that in Gretchen's case, it’s not the clothes who make the woman--it's the woman who makes the clothes.
