ABS-CBNNews.com reports that Brazilian model-TV host Daiana Menezes has brought her case of alleged domestic violence to a women’s organization, after her intriguing social media posts captured the masses’ attention.

Despite this, she still defended her partner, Cagayan de Oro representative Jose Benjamin “Benjo” Benaldo, after a concerned fan wrote a lengthy message analyzing her situation.

“I appreciate the understanding. I'm only gonna SPEAK together with the accused one," she had tweeted. "Sorry po ha i apreciate ang following ng history ko dito pero respect above all (I’m sorry, I appreciate that you followed my history, but respect us above all.).”

Daiana also refused to clarify the rumor that she married Benjo in a civil ceremony in Las Vegas in December 2012.

"Hm? I'm old and this traced issue by a tv network w/o permition will be clear soon [sic]," she tweeted about the issue.
