Bubbles Paraiso has always told others that yoga has helped her find herself during a dark time in her life. Now an Ashtanga Yoga instructor, she has proven that one shouldn’t be healthy for the sake of being slim, but also for the sake of being stronger physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Aside from yoga, Bubbles also tries a holistic approach to being healthy. During the anniversary celebration of Jeunesse Anion, she shared a few things that can help improve your lifestyle.


1. Exercise daily.
A healthy and well balanced body that’s free of sickness can make you feel good about yourself.

2. Think positive thoughts.
“It’s cliché, but it’s real,” Bubbles explained, “because whatever is in your mind will manifest in your body.” A good way to keep positive is by learning how to appreciate the little things that go your way.

3. Eat right.
“I’m not saying just to strictly eat vegetables or fruit, but veer away as much as possible from junk,” she advised. As the saying goes, you are what you eat.

4. “Spend a lot of time with your family and friends.”
At a time when everything seems to fight for your attention, it’s important to surround yourself with the people that really matter to you. “I think that’s what would really [result] in a happier you,” Bubbles ended with a smile.
