Anne Curtis says she doesn't believe in "ghosting" or the act of ending a relationship with someone without speaking to them for proper closure.

During the press conference for her upcoming film Just A Stranger with Marco Gumabao, Anne shared: "Dapat nag-uusap, 'yon talaga. Ako, as in, kailangan mag-usap." 


Fortunately, according to Anne, she has not experienced being "ghosted" by her exes, but she did reveal that she was cheated on in the past, and she didn't think twice about confronting her ex-boyfriend about it. 

"Of course! Ako pa!" She exclaimed. "Away talaga 'yon! In the beginning, it was just a matter of texting horrible words and then changing my number para 'di na niya ako ma-contact ever."

Anne further detailed how she felt and what she did after discovering that her ex has been cheating on her.  "Masakit. I changed my number... Ta's nagda-drive ako nang hindi ko alam kung saan ako pupunta."

When asked about her thoughts on infidelity, Anne explained that there are always different reasons why a person ends up cheating on his or her partner, but whatever it is, cheating is completely unjustifiable. "I think it's very hard, because that's a case-to-case basis. Kung anong nangyayari sa buhay mo or kung ano ang nangyayari between you and your partner to reach the point to actually fall for someone else or to actually like someone else.


"It depends. There's no way to justify it. It's your emotion. It depends kasi kung ano 'yong pinagdadaanan ng bawat couple for them to reach the point na ma-attract sa iba.

Is it acceptable for her to be attracted by other men despite being a married woman?

Anne said: "Well, it's hard. Kasi ako, mahilig pa rin akong mag-crush. Alam ng lahat ng tao 'yon

"I have a crush on Gong Yoo. I have a crush on Park Bo Gum. Andami ko talagang crush! And it's okay, you know. Erwan [her husband] accepts my fangirling." 

Anne was referring to Korean heartthrobs Park Bo Gum of Love In The Moonlight and Gong Yoo of Goblin

The actress made it clear, however, that there is a fine line between admiration and cheating. "So I don't think there's anything wrong with having a crush on someone. But at the end of the day, when you cross that line, it will always be wrong."
